Ray J shocked fans when he performed with what appeared to be bleeding eyes and something taped to his chest just weeks after revealing he only has months to live.
The "One Wish" singer, 45, can be seen in fan videos posted on social media performing on Saturday in Shreveport, La., wearing sunglasses with what looks like blood dripping from one eye.
"I'm putting my life on the line for this show!!" Ray J wrote on Facebook ahead of the Feb. 14 concert, which also featured Kelly Price, Bobby Valentino, and more.

A compilation of videos posted on Twitter taken at the concert shows Ray J taking off his sunglasses to reveal blood pooled underneath both eyes. And when he took off the top of his orange jumpsuit, there seemed to be something like a heart monitor taped to his chest, with the skin around it appearing bloody.
In a backstage video, Ray J responded to claims he looked "sick," saying he was "feeling better" and chastising anyone who would "laugh at me being sick."
"Hey y'all, we're perfectly fine, nobody's sick," he added before smiling at the camera. "Look at me. I'm fine, y'all."
The singer made headlines last month when he announced that he had only one year left to live. After he was hospitalized for a severe case of pneumonia earlier in January, he revealed that his doctors had prescribed eight different medications in an effort to prolong his life amid his ongoing heart issues after his long-term struggles with drug and alcohol turned the right side of his heart black.
"I f---ed up," he said. "I thought I was a big [shot], so I could handle all the alcohol. I could handle all the Adderall. I could handle all the drugs, but I couldn't. And it curbed my time here."
The singer also shared that doctors have told him to prepare for the possibility of getting a pacemaker or defibrillator, following a check-up in two weeks, and that he has been warned to avoid drinking and smoking.

The "Sexy Can I" singer was rushed to a Las Vegas hospital on Jan. 6 to receive treatment for pneumonia and heart pains. After claiming that he "almost died," he shared an update in a livestream that his medical team informed him he only has a few months left to live.
"2027 is definitely a wrap for me," he said in the clip. When a friend denied his claim, Ray J replied, "That's what the doctor said!... My heart's only beating, like, 25 percent, but as long as I stay focused and stay on the right path, everything will be alright," he shared. "So thank you for all your prayers."
