NCIS actress Katrina Law has been granted a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband, Keith Andreen,

Amidst their divorce, Law claims in new court documents that Andreen has been "stalking" her and using AI to impersonate her voice in an effort to damage her career and relationships

The estranged couple share 6-year-old Kinley and Law also claims that Andreen's behavior toward their daughter has become "concerning"

NCIS star Katrina Law has been granted a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband, Keith Andreen, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.

Law, 40, who married Andreen, 51, in 2013, gave a detailed account of her allegations against her estranged husband amidst their divorce after 12 years of marriage.

The actress alleged that her husband placed tracking devices on her car, citing Ring camera footage. “In spite of the fact that I filed a petition for dissolution on August 11, 2025, Keith has continued to monitor my movements without my consent and stalk me,” Law claimed in her declaration. “I do not feel safe around him.”

PEOPLE has reached out to Andreen's legal team for comment.

Law, who plays Jessica Knight on NCIS, also shared that she had a one-month affair with a man named “J.” in the documents this past May, claiming that after Andreen learned about the relationship he began to “harass” J. as well as J.’s ex-girlfriend and ex-wife.

The alleged harassment has “become so out of control” according to Law that J. filed a lawsuit against her ex.

Law’s allegations of abuse against Andreen extended to claims that he is using AI to impersonate her voice and “has sent voice messages that sound like me to various individuals in an effort to embarrass me, ruin my reputation, and disturb my peace.”

In addition to alleged surveillance and AI voice recordings, Law also accused Andreen of hacking into her social media accounts. Law said she confronted Andreen about blocking other accounts from her personal accounts, claiming he admitted to doing so.

“I am incredibly unsettled by the fact that Keith has been able to gain access to my private social media accounts, because I had already changed my password to Instagram multiple times at that point,” she noted in the documents.

The couple, who are parents to 6-year-old daughter Kinley, are both in the entertainment industry. However, Law said she is the sole earner for the family, claiming that Andreen has been out of work since 2020 and has not made more than $20,000 in the last six years.

Law said that Andreen was “rarely present” to help take care of their daughter, causing her parents to move in with them full-time during Kinley’s early years to help with childcare. Around the time that Law told Andreen that she was seeking to dissolve their marriage, she noted that his “conduct towards our daughter started to become more concerning.”

Explaining that they were transitioning their daughter out of sleeping in their shared bed, Law said she’d begun sleeping in Kinley’s room while her ex stayed in the master bedroom.

“Keith suddenly began insisting that Kinley sleep with him at night in the master bedroom,” Law claimed in the documents. “Keith would guilt Kinley into sleeping with him in the master bedroom by stating that she was making him feel bad. On August 2, 2025, Kinley asked me to promise her that she didn’t have to sleep with her dad anymore.”

She accused Andreen of holding their daughter in the master bedroom “against her will” for 12 hours as a “punishment” against Law. “Keith came downstairs, physically picked Kinley up from the couch, and carried her upstairs,” Law alleged, per the declaration. “Kinley was screaming that she wanted to stay downstairs and was trying to grab the bannisters of the stairs as Keith dragged her to the master bedroom.”

She also claimed that while Andreen was undergoing ketamine treatment, he described the treatment in detail to their young daughter, which Law found to be “completely inappropriate.”

Noting that they had 10 to 15 guns in their shared home, Law said she requested the guns be removed after several claims of suicidal ideations from her ex. “Out of fear for our lives and his own life, I told him I did not feel safe having guns in the house,” she said, per the court docs.

The actress added, “I instructed him to remove the firearms from our house. Keith informed me that he took the firearms to his sister’s house, but refused to remove the shotgun from the master bedroom safe in case J. or someone else came to the home. I do not have access to that safe, only Keith has the access code. I cannot live in a constant state of fear and surveillance any longer.”

Law requested in her declaration that the court issue an order to protect her and her daughter from Andreen, asking that he be kept from seeing Kinley until custody proceedings had been completed. She also requested protection for the safety of the family’s pets, including a dog and two cats.
