A source previously told PEOPLE Simpson is dating musician Thomas Eisenhood and is excited about her future
Jessica Simpson is sharing her thoughts on potential suitors sliding into her DMs.
As Simpson, 45, arrived at LAX on Tuesday, June 23, the star was asked about her thoughts on someone approaching her through DMs.
"Is that a bad way for them to do it?" TMZ asked Simpson, to which she responded, "No."
When asked if her DMs were "open," Simpson said, "Sure."
"I mean, if you're verified, maybe," she said.
Simpson's comment comes months after a source told PEOPLE in April she was dating musician Thomas Eisenhood, who was previously part of the band Stoop Kids.

"She's happy. She's in a great place, excited for her future," the source said at the time.
Simpson and Eric Johnson, 46, announced their separation after 10 years of marriage in January 2025. They share three children: daughters Maxwell Drew, 14, and Birdie Mae, 7, and son Ace Knute, 12.
In April, the source told PEOPLE that Simpson and Johnson were "committed to being the best possible parents they could be, having a harmonious relationship and supporting their kids."

That same month, a separate source said they were still living together despite the separation.
“He's been living there, but they're working on selling the house,” the source said. “The goal has been to keep everything as stable and as friendly for the kids as possible.”
The insider added that they "still have a great relationship. They're still co-parenting. The main goal is the kids, but they're moving toward next steps.”
