The 51st season of Saturday Night Live was terrific in 2026, with some memorable moments and sketches that have gone viral. And if you're here, you might be getting ready to watch SNL on Saturday night, June 27, 2026 and wondering: Is it all new tonight? If not, is it a rerun? Who's hosting?
The answer: It's a rerun. There's no new episode on Saturday -- the season finale with Will Ferrell as host and Paul McCartney as musical guest was over a month ago. As of publishing, TV Guide lists Saturday's rerun episode as the one in which Alexander Skarsgård hosted and Cardi B was the musical guest.

No. The season has ended. The finale was a month ago, and there's no word on when Season 52 is coming. It'll be sometime after the summer
Who's leaving the SNL cast?
There's a lot of speculation about who may leave and it didn't seem like there were any goodbyes in the finale, but we'll see in the coming months.
Is Lorne Michaels returning to SNL for Season 52?
