Brandi Glanville has shared that she has a "benign tumor" in her facial lymph node after years of health struggles

"That could be why the fluid is going around my face. I can wear makeup for like 15 minutes, and [then] I have to take it off," the reality star said on her Unfiltered podcast

Brandi Glanville is sharing an update on her health.

While speaking on the latest episode of her Unfiltered podcast, which aired on June 18, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, 53, explained that she'd found out that she has "a benign tumor in one of my lymph nodes in my face."

"That could be why the fluid is going around my face," Glanville shared. "I can wear makeup for like 15 minutes, and [then] I have to take it off."

When questioned about what a benign tumor is by her podcast co-host, James Maas, Glanville responded that it means the tumor is "not cancerous."

The reality star said she'd received the diagnosis after noticing a lump on her face.

"Every doctor that I've showed, they're like, 'It's just scar tissue.' I'm like, 'From what? I haven't had a face lift yet,' " Glanville insisted.

"There's a lot of dismissing that goes on in the medical field," she added.

Glanville then said it had "been a long three years" amid her health struggles, insisting she just wants to "put a ton of makeup on again" and is ready for "a glow-up."

Her latest comments come after she revealed earlier this month that the "parasite" that had been causing her facial disfigurement had returned.

Glanville said on the June 4 episode of her podcast that she was still struggling with her health after fans started to question her appearance.

"I have to give an update on my face because I got a lot of comments," Glanville shared. "I don't know what's wrong with me, guys. I thought I was fixed and then it happened again. And now it's sinking in again. If I had answers, I would tell you. I've been to a million doctors."

Glanville said the only things that had helped her were being out in the sun and implementing a parasite medication and "parasite diet." However, she didn't provide much information on the remedies.

She went on, "I don't have answers," adding, "Is there a doctor that specializes in parasites? Because I can't find one. I've been to a thousand dermatologists. So anyway, we don't know what's going on but I'm here to get to the bottom of it."

Glanville has been open about her health struggles since they began in July 2023.

She initially believed that they could have been caused by something she'd eaten while filming the Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip in Morocco. However, she later claimed that she could see and feel an unknown "parasite" moving within her face, saying it resembled "tiny bubbles bursting" on her skin.

In February, Glanville said on Kathy Swarts and Susan Noles' podcast, I Do, Part 2, that it had taken 21 doctors and $200,000 before a ruptured 18-year-old silicone breast implant was identified as a possible cause of her ongoing health issues.

"I'm paying out of pocket to see specialists, infectious disease doctors, you know, rheumatologists, like every doctor you can think of, I saw," Glanville, who said her mammograms had been "fine," shared at the time.

"I went to 21 doctors and I'm telling you, $200,000 ... the people at my insurance … let's just say sucks," she added.

Glanville said she still believed her facial paralysis was caused by a parasite.

"I literally was like, something's in my face having babies. And as I massage it, I'm like, 'Sorry, sorry, I'm killing your babies,' " she said. "I didn't have, like, a bunch of parasites. You only need one."
