30,000 Pounds Of Beef Sold In 2 Southern States Have Been Recalled

Hold off on the barbecue for a minute, because a Florida-based company has just recalled nearly 30,000 pounds of beef.
Corte Argentino USA LLC, which has headquarters in Aventura, Florida, is recalling approximately 29,628 pounds of raw beef products that were imported from Argentina, but were not inspected in the United States. The problem was discovered during routine inspection, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS), said when announcing the recall on August 7.
The meat in question was sent to distributors and retailers in Florida and Texas. To find out whether the meat you were planning on turning into burgers, roast beef, or barbecue is part of the recall, look for products that have the Argentinian establishment number “EST. N° OF. 2025” and shipping mark “26644-AA.” The products were all produced between May 15, 2026, and May 20, 2026, and have use or freeze-by dates between September 15, 2026, and September 20, 2026.

Various weight cardboard boxes containing “FrigorIfico Gorina SAIC” boneless beef “Eye Round” (“Peceto”)
Various weight cardboard boxes containing “Frigorífico Gorina SAIC” boneless beef “Topside Cap Off” (“Nalga AD S/Tapa”)
Various weight cardboard boxes containing “Frigorífico Gorina SAIC” boneless beef “Flat” (“Carnaza Cuadrada”)
Various weight cardboard boxes containing “Frigorífico Gorina SAIC” boneless beef “Knuckle” (“Bola de Lomo”)
If you find these products in your fridge or freezer, the FSIS recommends that they be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase. If you checked your boneless beef and it’s not part of the recall, get back to the grill, because summer is ticking by.
